Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician needed for GLPP/UPMC in Western New York. Outpatient-focused role with an established team (seven physicians and two APNs) serving 10K+ patient lives; outpatient call only creating work-life balance. Requires MD/DO, completed Family Medicine residency, ABFM board eligibility or certification, NY medical license eligibility, and DEA certification. Competitive package includes $50K sign-on, loan repayment, relocation assistance, CME stipend, PSLF eligibility, and robust benefits within an integrated Epic EMR health system. Located in Jamestown, NY (Western NY) with affiliation to UPMC and a supportive APP team.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and credentials
- DEA certification
