Job Summary
UPMC-affiliated Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP) in Jamestown, NY seeks a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join a community-focused outpatient team. Join an established group of seven physicians and two APPs, with Epic EMR across the network, and outpatient call coverage to maintain work-life balance. Competitive overall compensation with a $50K sign-on bonus, educational loan repayment, CME stipend, relocation assistance, PSLF eligibility, and employer-paid malpractice insurance. Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine required; MD or DO from an accredited medical school; ability to obtain NY medical licensure and required credentials; DEA certification. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
