Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician sought to join Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP) within UPMC in Western New York. Outpatient-only practice with an established team (seven physicians and two APPs) serving 10K+ patient lives. Fully integrated Epic EMR with a focus on outpatient care and sustainable work-life balance through outpatient call-only duties. Competitive compensation with $50k sign-on, loan repayment options, CME stipend, relocation assistance, PSLF eligibility, and comprehensive benefits. Requires MD/DO, Family Medicine residency, ABMS eligibility/certification, NY license eligibility, and DEA certification. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
