Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician sought for Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP) affiliated with UPMC in Jamestown, NY. Outpatient practice with outpatient call only, integrated with Epic EMR across the system. Join an established team of seven physicians and two APPs delivering high-quality care to 10k+ patient lives. Eligible for PSLF with competitive compensation, including a $50K sign-on bonus, educational loan repayment, CME stipend, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits. Must have MD/DO from an accredited medical school, complete Family Medicine residency, American Board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine, NY license and DEA certification. This role offers an employed model within a large health system with access to extensive resources and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and credentials
