Job Summary
UPMC-affiliated Great Lakes Physician Practice seeks a Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient, full-time role in Western New York. Join a established team of seven physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers, with dedicated APP support and fully integrated Epic EMR. The role features outpatient care with office-based call only, a comprehensive compensation package including a $50K sign-on bonus, educational loan repayment, relocation assistance, CME stipend, PSLF eligibility, and broad benefits. Board-eligible/certified in Family Medicine and MD/DO from an accredited medical school are required; NY medical license and DEA certification are needed. This is a non-profit, employed position within a large health system and offers potential for growth within GLPP and UPMC Hamot resources.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
