Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician sought for outpatient role with Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP) under the UPMC network in Western New York. Join an established team of seven physicians and two APPs caring for 10K+ patient lives. Outpatient call only, with embedded Epic EMR. Competitive package includes $50K sign-on, educational loan repayment, CME stipend, relocation assistance, PSLF eligibility, and comprehensive benefits. Requirements: MD/DO, completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency, ABMS board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine, NY medical license eligibility, and DEA certification. Immigration options include J-1 waiver and H-1B sponsorship for 2027 and beyond. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
