Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician to join GLPP/UPMC in Western New York for outpatient care in a large, established team (7 physicians and 2 APPs) at GLPP's Jamestown location. Outpatient call is included to support work-life balance. Fully integrated Epic EMR across the health system. Offers a robust compensation package including a $50K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME stipend, loan repayment options, PSLF eligibility, and comprehensive benefits. Requires MD/DO, Family Medicine residency, ABFM board eligibility/certification, NY license, and DEA; J-1 waiver and H-1B candidates considered for 2027+.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an Accredited Family Medicine Residency
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA Certification
