Family Medicine Physician sought for outpatient care at GLPP/UPMC in Jamestown, NY. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
