Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician sought for outpatient practice in Western New York (Jamestown area) as part of a multi-physician team. Role involves outpatient primary care with dedicated APP support, collaborative care within a large UPMC-affiliated network, Epic EMR integration, and a focus on work-life balance through outpatient call responsibilities. Competitive compensation with a $50K sign-on, loan repayment options, relocation assistance, CME stipend, PSLF eligibility, and comprehensive insurance benefits. Candidate will be MD/DO, trained in Family Medicine, board-eligible or board-certified, and able to obtain NY medical licensure and DEA credentials. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
