Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP), part of UPMC, seeks a Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient, full-time role in Jamestown, NY. Join a team of seven physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers, with APP support and Epic EMR across the health system. The position emphasizes outpatient care with call only duties to maintain work-life balance. Eligible/certified in Family Medicine and MD/DO from an accredited medical school; NY license and DEA required. Enhanced compensation includes a $50,000 sign-on, relocation assistance, CME stipend, residency/educational loan repayment, PSLF eligibility, and employer-paid malpractice insurance. Immigration options include J-1 Waiver and H-1B for 2027 and beyond. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
