Job Summary
Own end-to-end recruitment across Creative, Tech, Product, Liveops, UA, and Publishing — from sourcing to offer close. Partner with hiring managers to build hiring plans, align on candidate profiles, and move fast without cutting corners. Source proactively across channels relevant to Vietnam's tech and gaming talent market (LinkedIn, ITviec, Facebook communities, Discord servers, game dev forums, and beyond). Lead employer branding touchpoints — from JD wording to industry event presence. Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and external partners, ensuring quality and accountable spend. Plan and run internal events and engagement initiatives to make the culture visible (onboarding sessions, team bonding, career talks, and more). Track hiring metrics, spot bottlenecks, and provide data-backed suggestions to improve the process over time.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years in Talent Acquisition or closely related role
- hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience
- experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles in tech, product, or gaming
- genuine interest in games, music, or creative tech
- strong interpersonal skills
- fluent in Vietnamese & English
- organized and proactive
- experience coordinating internal events or cross-functional initiatives
