Job Summary
Upholsterer responsible for precise, high-quality custom upholstery projects with attention to detail. Duties include inspecting materials for repair needs, advising on fabric/leather options, creating patterns/templates, measuring/cutting/padding installation, and applying fabric/leather to produce polished, tailored results. Requires familiarity with industrial sewing machines and staple guns, ability to work both independently and in teams, and a positive attitude toward feedback in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Prior upholstery assembly experience (2 years recommended but not required)
- Proficiency with industrial sewing machines
- Proficiency with staple guns
- Ability to lift 20 lbs as needed
- High school level education or vocational training
- Openness to receiving feedback
- Experience with furniture repair is a plus
