Upholstery Line Inspector

Inspect upholstery pieces on the production lines for quality and style requirements, identify issues and communicate them to the appropriate upholsterer or leader for immediate correction, and assist with root-cause identification when issues recur. Use hand tools (staple gun, mallets, hammers, staple pullers) and follow production tickets to ensure adherence to quality standards. Requires staying on the line, communicating with team members, and maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality; ability to stand for extended periods and lift/mobilize furniture and accessories over 100 pounds is required.
