Job Summary
Fabricate, assemble, and sew aircraft interior components including headliners, sidewalls, armrests, and carpets in accordance with technical data and FAA/FOCA requirements. Perform material inspections, measure, mark, and cut fabrics, foam, leather, and vinyl to drawings. Apply adhesives, finish wraps, and maintain labor tracking within the ERP/MRP system while adhering to safety policies and company quality standards. This role supports Pilatus Business Aircraft USA Ltd. in bringing customer aircraft designs to life, requiring a craftsman-level ability to work in restricted spaces and lift up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two (2) years related trade school or vocational degree preferred
- Demonstrated craftsman-level abilities and quality
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to use hand tools, adhesive spray gun, industrial sewing machine, and/or other specialized equipment
- Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic math computations
- Ability to read, understand, and adhere to engineering drawings, tech specs, and other relevant documents
- Eye for precision and attention to details
- Able work in restricted spaces, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Regular, reliable attendance
- Willingness to work overtime and other shifts as needed
- Proficiency in general computer use and MS Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
