Job Summary
Upgrading Section Leader responsible for coordinating and supervising upgrading operations across LAM, IMP, Kontra Saw, and Schelling, including monitoring production, data analysis, and KPI performance; provide guidance to supervisors on non-routine procedures and newly implemented processes; coordinate production schedules with Planning and oversee maintenance activities; maintain and log reported technical issues in SAP FEP (PM10) and manage inventory of secondary materials; requires experience with VITS Impregnation Lines, Kontra conveyors, resin blending, SAP/MES/EWM/EQS/SPLUNK, and related systems; apply process improvements and support startup after maintenance days to ensure a smooth transition to production.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of relevant work experience as Process Operator Impregnation, Stacker Impregnation, Machine Operator Impregnation, Shift Supervisor impregnation, or related.
- 5 years’ experience with VITS Impregnation Lines
- 5 years’ experience with Kontra conveyor systems
- 5 years’ experience with IFA mixing system for resins
- 5 years’ experience with Shear cutting system
- 5 years’ experience with resin blending
- 5 years’ experience with SAP Systems for orders and inventory control
- software applications: MES, SAP, EWM, EQS and SPLUNK
