Upgrade Installation and Relocation General Installation Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate logistical, material, and site-readiness activities for ASML system installations, upgrades, and relocations at customer sites in Japan. Prepare laptops and arrange badging for project teams, verify safety training validity, and manage SAP and non-SAP material confirmations including defective or contaminated items. Order pre-defined list and disturbance service order materials, track delivery flows for wafers and local assets, and manage material returns post-installation. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, safety foremen, and global teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure predictable installation delivery. Travel to customer sites across Japan and adapt to dynamic installation environments requiring strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- English – Fluent
- Japanese – Intermediate or above
- Strong planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure in a complex and fast-changing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and project tracking tools
- Domestic business trips to customer sites
- Occasional international business trips
- Access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.)
- Legal authorization to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work
