Upfront Student Director (Somerset)

Lead the Campus UpFront student ministry experience at the Somerset campus, creating engaging, spiritually impactful environments where students can grow in their faith. Recruit, train, schedule, and develop volunteers; partner with the Central Student Pastor; build a welcoming, safe, and disciple-making culture for students and families. Manage the campus student ministry budget and records, oversee social media, and coordinate events and baptisms in collaboration with central leadership. Teach and model the beliefs, values, and systems of The Creek Church; maintain flexibility and a team-first attitude to support the church's mission.
