Upfitter/Chassis Technician

Install truck bodies, platforms, service bodies, cranes, snowplows, lift gates, and hydraulic systems by bolting, cutting, welding, and drilling to build completed work trucks according to work instructions. Safely mount and connect mechanical and electrical equipment while understanding 12V circuits and electrical schematics. Work from blueprints and written specifications to meet customer requirements, performing safety and quality checks on installed parts prior to final inspection. Verify all line items on work orders, maintain a clean shop, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
