Job Summary
Conduct head-to-toe assessments, triage urgent clinical situations, and manage acute and post-acute care for clients in home settings. Competitive pay ranges from $45-60 per point with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and paid training from day one.
Required Qualifications
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of New Hampshire
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings)
