Job Summary
Teach UPA High School Biology, implement curriculum, maintain a positive classroom culture, and use assessments to drive instructional practice. Build culturally responsive and sustaining instruction, engage families, and collaborate with peers to promote high student achievement. Use data to refine lesson plans and inform instructional practices and participate in professional development. Maintain safe, supportive, and empowering learning environments and provide instruction aligned with district resources and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and valid Michigan teaching certification with endorsement in content area
- Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis
