Job Summary
Delivery Driver role in South San Francisco with base pay of $26/hr and potential total earnings up to $30/hr including bonuses. Role includes paid training, health benefits, paid time off, and a new van with gas and insurance provided. Requires working at least one weekend day; 8-9 hour shifts (approx. 9:15am–6/7pm); full-time schedule typically 4-5 days/week. No Commercial Driver’s License required. Bonuses of up to $3.13 extra per hour based on performance, efficiency, and attendance, plus a $1,000 discretionary bonus paid out over initial months if criteria are met. Must be 21+, pass drug test, and maintain acceptable driving record. Lifting up to 50 pounds and ongoing operation in a logistics/parc el delivery environment; benefits include health coverage and PTO. Training provided and employment offered by TLC (Torero Logistics Corp) based in South San Francisco, CA with operations 7 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s license NOT required)
- no more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Driving Record)
- pass pre-employment drug test (4 Panel Drug Test, Marijuana ok)
- ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each
- great attitude and energy
