Job Summary
Inpatient Behavioral Health RN on a 17-bed unit, providing compassionate care to adult patients with conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression. Deliver therapeutic communication, set appropriate boundaries, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients’ mental and physical well-being. Requires effective empathy, communication, and teamwork, with a preference for prior behavioral health experience and a Michigan RN license. Vaccination requirements include Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and annual flu vaccine or approved exemptions. This role emphasizes a calm, compassionate presence and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment.
