Up Closets is seeking a Sales & Design Consultant for a client-facing, hybrid role with in-home consultations and design work. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand storage needs, designing custom closets using design software, providing estimates and proposals, coordinating with the installation team, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. The position is commission-based with opportunities for advancement and training, and requires sales experience, proficiency with design software, excellent communication, strong organizational and time-management skills, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
