Conduct patient reception and support, including greeting visitors, managing appointment scheduling via phone and email, and coordinating in-person bookings. Maintain patient records within the Dampsoft system and collaborate with the treatment team to generate healing and cost plans. Handle telephone inquiries and provide general organizational support for the daily practice operations. Serve as the primary interface between patients, the treatment staff, and practice leadership. This role offers a four-day work week, flexible hours, and no night shifts within the We Care Praxis family.
