Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by consistently demonstrating Unsubscribed Customer First selling standards to achieve daily sales goals. Provide product knowledge using company tools, suggest key looks based on individual style, and introduce customers to additional brand channels. Perform register transactions accurately while managing return merchandise restocking and maintaining the 5 S's brand standards across the sales floor and fitting rooms. Execute efficient shipment processing, floorsets, and markdown optimization while adhering to all company policies and procedures. Resolve customer concerns proactively and partner with store leadership on elevated issues. Available for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with only short rest breaks; reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products.
- Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to perform all Essential Job Functions.
- Proficient with technology.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates.
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
