Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by generating sales through product knowledge, outfitting customers with key looks, and promoting brand awareness across channels. Perform register transactions accurately while maintaining neat, clean sales floors and restocking merchandise per 5 S standards. Support team members by sharing knowledge and assist in customer interactions, proactively resolving concerns with store leadership for elevated issues. Handle merchandise from shipment to markdown optimization while adhering to all company policies and cash control procedures. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment, leveraging technology to maximize engagement and achieve daily goals.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with only short rest breaks; reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products.
- Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to perform all Essential Job Functions.
- Proficient with technology.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates.
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
