Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by generating sales through meaningful customer engagement and promoting the Unsubscribed brand across all channels. Provide accurate product knowledge using company tools, suggest key looks based on individual style, and outfit customers with the latest trends. Execute efficient register transactions, manage merchandise replenishment, and maintain strict 5 S standards for a clean, organized sales floor. Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting with customer interactions while proactively resolving concerns in line with policy. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, standing and moving for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with only short rest breaks; reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products.
- Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to perform all Essential Job Functions.
- Proficient with technology.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates.
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
