Job Summary
Site Leader oversees day-to-day site operations, drives sales and profitability, and manages hiring, training, and staff development while upholding company values, policies, culture, and brand standards. Responsibilities include providing excellent guest/customer service, maintaining a clean and safe site, ensuring equipment operates at optimal levels, addressing mechanical issues promptly, managing labor and expenses, scheduling, coaching, and conducting leadership training and performance reviews. The role emphasizes adherence to safety guidelines, brand presentation, and KPI-driven performance, with duties spanning safety adherence, site presentation, weekly coaching, and incident/escalation management, as well as coordination of chemical ordering, salt management, water system maintenance, and spare parts ordering. Requires physical capability for outdoor work, willingness to work at least 45 hours per week including weekends/holidays, and a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR history.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Related management experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Record of safe driving for the last three years as shown on current MVR, with no serious accidents or traffic violations (required)
