Job Summary
Conduct unsecured personal loan appraisals for small businesses and individuals, structuring customized short and long tenured products with end-use verification for medical or marriage emergencies. Liaise directly with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and end customers to maximize disbursements, profit, and growth objectives while maintaining stringent portfolio health controls to minimize delinquency. Build and influence the DSA network to meet sales targets, leveraging local knowledge of regional occupations and financial practices to identify leads and manage channel relationships. Requires immediate joiner status, own transport, and a CIBIL score above 650.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 2 Years to 8 Years experience
- Personal Loan & Business Loan experience
- No employment gaps in their professional career
- Must have worked for minimum of 1 year with all employers
- Own transport
- Driving License
- Good CIBIL Score, More than 650+
