Job Summary
Operationalize personal loan transactions by liaising with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and end customers to maximize disbursals, profit, and growth objectives. Structure loans for salaried, self-employed, and non-individual entities while assessing end uses such as medical emergencies or marriage. Build strong relationships within the DSA network to influence outcomes and deliver on sales targets, ensuring stringent portfolio health monitoring for this high-volume, retail-focused business. Requires immediate joiners or less than 30 days notice. Salary ranges from Rs 4.5 LPA to 7.5 LPA based on designation.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 2 Years to 8 Years experience
- Personal Loan & Business Loan experience
- No employment gaps in their professional career
- Must have worked for minimum of 1 year with all employers
- Own transport
- Driving License
- Good CIBIL Score, More than 650+
- Immediate joiners or Less than 30 days notice
