Job Summary
Design, configure, and deploy Unqork applications for Department of State ADD initiatives, translating complex business processes into functional workflows and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, maintain existing applications for efficiency and compliance, and troubleshoot performance issues across multiple environments. Prioritize backlog items with project managers to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions while documenting designs and best practices. Requires 3–7 years of Unqork experience, Active Secret Clearance, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments. Fully remote role supporting federal government clients.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience configuring and building Unqork applications
- Strong understanding of workflow design, integrations, and no-code application development
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure applications
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Active Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on federal government or Department of State projects
- Familiarity with application backlog management and prioritization
- Knowledge of additional no-code/low-code platforms or related integrations
