Unmanned Systems Training Developer

Develop and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) content for Unmanned Surface Vessel programs, creating both classified and non-classified training versions. Design and build online and instructor-led modules for payload integration and subsystem operations, while updating Field Service Representative and Field Engineer courses based on fleet feedback. Deliver internal deployment training for CONUS and OCONUS operations, including orientation for maintenance personnel. Build training documentation, checklists, and course libraries across engineering and maintenance disciplines. Collaborate with subject matter experts and field teams to capture lessons learned and integrate them into curriculum updates. Support Vendor Led, Unit Level, and Navy-focused training courses, including contributions to partner and customer programs. Assist in scaling capabilities through course filming, public-facing content, and AUVSI certification support. Plan and produce video tutorials for various projects. Travel within the United States up to 10% of the time.
