Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices while fostering a positive learning environment and connecting with families. Deliver these services in clients' homes or community-based locations. All positions start part-time with a minimum 6-month commitment required. Paid training is provided for candidates without prior experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification
- Willingness to learn
- Passion for making a difference for children with Autism

- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment
- Ability to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients
- Ability to serve as an integral member of a clinical team
- Ability to record session data accurately
- Ability to foster a positive learning environment for clients
- Ability to connect with families
- Experience in education or early childhood development
- Experience in childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience in teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- Experience in after-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
