Job Summary
Deliver remarkable customer service by building rapport, displaying a friendly attitude, and responding to questions effectively. Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards while utilizing technology to complete tasks. Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery departments. Maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment while performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods. This role supports Meijer's family culture and community impact within a multi-billion dollar retailer operating over 270 stores across six states.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually
