Job Summary
Entry-level management role supervising multidisciplinary mental health teams, coordinating services, and collaborating with other agencies under Clinical Director supervision. Includes on-call rotations, adherence to operational protocols, and opportunity to lead rehabilitation-focused care within a Telecare MAPS ACT program for adults 18+. Requires Master’s degree, supervisory experience, and licensed-eligible status; CPR/CPI/First Aid certifications and valid driver's license with vehicle access. Full-time, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday; benefits and PTO; geographic pay differentials apply.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree and one (1) year of experience in mental health setting
- One (1) year supervisory experience required or supervisory training within six (6) months of employment
- Licensed eligible or waivered mental health professional as confirmed by State regulatory/licensing board (e.g., ASW, IMFT, or PCCI)
- Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
