Job Summary
Install, maintain, and configure Unix servers supporting the Financial Systems infrastructure. Serve as a technical administrator within the group, collaborating with multiple teams, and prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines. Proficient in RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7.9+), VMware virtualization (ESXi/vCenter), Ansible Automation, and scripting (Shell, Perl, Python). Capable of OS upgrades, patch installations, and providing Windows Server 2019 support. Experience with Disaster Recovery, performance tuning, capacity planning, and monitoring (BMC Patrol a plus). Familiarity with Oracle RAC is a plus. Willingness to work night and/or weekends as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics or related field and six years of satisfactory full-time experience related to enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, network architecture and/or IT infrastructure systems; or
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and ten years of satisfactory full-time experience related to enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, network architecture and/or IT infrastructure systems; or
- Education and/or experience which is equivalent to the above.
