Job Summary
Develop and implement campus recruiting strategies to attract high-potential students and recent graduates while managing the company's internship program from onboarding to performance evaluation. Build long-term partnerships with career services, faculty, and student groups at target universities, then plan and execute events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking opportunities. Source, screen, and track candidates for intern and entry-level positions, creating compelling marketing materials and social media campaigns to elevate the employment brand. Track recruiting metrics and analyze hiring results to report on initiative effectiveness, collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders to align outreach with future needs. This role supports the 4th generation family-owned frozen vegetable producer headquartered in Bells, TN, requiring extensive travel and proficiency with ATS platforms like Handshake or Yello.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience in developing business associations with universities, campus recruiting, or a related partnership development role
- Strong initiative along with organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with recruiting technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and campus recruiting platforms like Handshake or Yello
- Ability to travel extensively
