Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Identify and engage with passive candidates through online platforms, networking events, and industry connections to build a diverse talent pipeline. Drive initiatives for diverse hiring practices and execute campus recruiting strategies by building relationships with universities, student communities, and career centers. Utilize metrics and analytics to track performance, identify improvement areas, and optimize processes to achieve hiring targets. Help build and run Sierra's internship and early-career programs, from campus events to creating high-quality experiences that convert exceptional early talent.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle or university recruiting experience
- Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies that align with business objectives
- Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions and improve processes
- Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to work cross-functionally to achieve Sierra's goals
- Relationships with career centers, student orgs, faculty, and ambassadors
- Experience in planning and executing campus engagement strategies, across universities through targeted events and partnerships

- Ability and willingness to travel during peak recruiting cycles and work flexible hours as needed
