Job Summary
University Recruiter for Generation Veeva responsible for designing and executing campus recruitment strategies, on-campus/off-campus/virtual events, building partnerships with target universities, and using data-driven approaches to attract high-potential new-grad talent in Services (Technical Consulting). The role emphasizes storytelling to differentiate Veeva, long-term engagement with universities and student organizations, and keeping warm relationships from offer acceptance to start date; no traditional resume-heavy screening. Requires high energy, storytelling and relationship-building skills, data-driven mindset, ability to thrive in ambiguity, strong organizational skills, team collaboration, commuting distance to Boston, and willingness to travel up to 30%. - Located within commuting distance to the location of this role
