Job Summary
Outpatient geriatrics practice focusing on nursing home and assisted living facility patients across Rochester, NY, with flexible daytime M-F hours, no weekends or nights. Join UR Medicine’s Division of Geriatrics and Aging as a faculty physician with opportunities to teach medical and APP students, residents, and fellows; supported by APPs across sites; participate in long-term care care delivery and academic activities. Eligible for NYS medical license; B/C geriatrics strongly preferred (or FM/IM with geriatrics interest).
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- eligible for NYS medical license
- Board eligible/certified in Geriatrics (preferred) or Board eligible in FM/IM with interest in geriatrics
- faculty appointment in Division of Geriatrics and Aging
- outpatient geriatrics care experience (preferred)
