University Heights - Retail Thrift Store Assistant Manager

Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations at the University Heights, Ohio location, directing all phases of store activity to maximize sales and profitability. Control costs and expenses while meeting budget and sales goals. Establish the store as a community partner by developing customer relationships and fostering a positive rapport. Plan and execute store operations in accordance with Goodwill's established policies and procedures. This role requires two years of external management experience or six months of team lead experience, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
