Job Summary
Remote University Admissions Counselor responsible for recruiting high school students within the Denver, CO territory and supporting Grand Canyon University students from inquiry through matriculation. Duties include hosting and implementing event/activity plans to raise awareness of academic programs and campus community, counseling prospective students and families via in-person, phone, email, text, or Zoom, coordinating campus visits and outreach at community colleges, presenting to varied audiences, and traveling within the territory. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong time-management and organizational skills, clear and engaging communication, empathy, self-motivation, travel readiness, and the ability to work independently in a remote, work-from-home setup while representing Grand Canyon University and Grand Canyon Education.
