Job Summary
The Universal Worker provides high-quality and safe personal care assistance to senior living tenants in Moorhead, MN, including activities of daily living, medication observation under nurse direction, meal preparation, blood pressure and glucose testing, emotional and cognitive support, and social/engagement activities. Responsibilities also include housekeeping, laundry, and planning/life enrichment activities; documents in tenant records; contributes to the plan of care; adheres to infection control policies and emergency procedures; and communicates changes to the nurse. Requires a current MN NA-R license or ability to obtain upon hire and is performed in a part-time, hourly role with evening/night or evening shifts.
