Job Summary
Universal Teller I processes paying and receiving teller transactions and delivers the IBC Experience with prompt, efficient, friendly service. Responsibilities include balancing cash drawer, promoting bank products and services through lobby, motor bank and outreach, handling foreign currency, participating in sales performance goals and referrals, assisting with branch procedures under dual control, operating teller equipment, and providing on-the-job training support for branches. Skills sought include strong communication, teamwork, accuracy, math, critical thinking, problem solving, judgement, and the ability to meet customer financial needs while adhering to teller policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- 1 to 6 months cash handling preferred
- 1+ years of experience interacting with people preferred
