Job Summary
Universal Teller I - full-time, in-office role responsible for processing customer bank transactions and delivering the IBC Experience. Key duties include handling teller transactions, balancing cash, promoting bank products and services, meeting sales/referral goals, participating in product/service initiatives, processing foreign currency, and assisting with branch procedures and training across branches. Strong communication skills, attention to quality/accuracy, teamwork, and customer service are essential; bilingual ability is preferred for border markets. Requires high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- 1 to 6 months cash handling preferred
- 1+ years of experience interacting with people preferred
