Universal Teller

Universal Teller provides cash-handling and teller duties including cashing checks and dispensing money after verification of identification and account balance; answers inquiries via telephone, online, mail, chats, and other electronic channels; balances currency and checks at end of shift; cross-sells Florida Credit Union products; conducts loan interviews and retrieves previous credit history; processes memberships and various accounts (checking, certificates, IRA, payroll, direct deposit); adheres to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act compliance; requires a high school diploma or GED with 1-3 years of related experience and a valid driver’s license.
