Universal Teller

Cashes checks, dispenses money after verification, and balances currency and checks in the cash drawer. Answer telephone, online, mail, and electronic communication inquiries while cross-selling products like interest-bearing checking accounts and consumer loans. Process membership applications, certificates, IRAs, payroll, and direct deposits. Conduct loan interviews, obtain credit history, and adhere to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act compliance requirements. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1-3 years of related experience, and a current driver's license.
