Job Summary
Universal Technician responsible for pest control services across residential and commercial settings, including identifying pest problems, applying fertilizers/pesticides/herbicides/fungicides on preset routes, preparing detailed reports, and delivering professional customer service. Duties include complete service calls, adapting daily routes, operating handheld equipment, maintaining safety through PPE/OSHA-compliant practices, assisting with attic/crawl-space work, and safe operation of the company vehicle. Ideal candidates should enjoy outdoor work in varying conditions, be able to squat, stand, walk for long periods, and lift up to 50 lb, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Training provided; full-time with some Saturdays and local travel in the assigned territory. Turner Pest Control is a QualityPro Certified company.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Ability to work independently, manage route-based work, and provide exceptional customer service
