Job Summary
Process transactions, assist with loans, and open or maintain member accounts while ensuring accuracy and compliance with credit union policies. Identify member needs to recommend beneficial financial products and services, balancing service excellence with operational and sales goals. Support branch growth through cross-selling and meet referral targets while maintaining professional representation in member and community interactions. This role requires balancing service excellence with operational accuracy and sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
- Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background and credit check
