Job Summary
Universal Pro Associate at The Home Depot – Full-time role delivering fast, accurate customer service at the Pro desk, processing POS transactions, supporting loading/order picking, and helping transition Pro customers to PASA for complex orders. Drives Pro loyalty programs (Pro Xtra, Local Pro, HDCC sign ups) and uses Pro programs to meet customer needs while maintaining safe store standards. Responsibilities include greeting customers, identify needs, upsell related items, ensure BOPIS/will call/delivery accuracy, stock and sign the area, and collaborate with team to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience considered an asset
